Finance expert John Capper is helping 3D metal printing pioneer Simon Scott at Scott AM to achieve high growth.
Founded by leading 3D development engineer Simon Scott, Scott AM is a leading consultant in the additive manufacturing industry.
Over the last four years John has worked with Simon, who was previously at the forefront of the development of 3D printers as a Director at leading engineering company, Renishaw PLC and at one of the groups acquisitions where Simon had first secured the patents for these revolutionary new machines.
With John’s support, Simon is growing Scott AM to advise global players on the development of unique new ways of manufacturing parts and engineering prototypes such as engine, machine parts and medical applications.
“The predicted market for 3D printing in metals is huge, Scott AM now helps industry leaders in the automotive and aerospace industries” said John. “Simon is genuinely helping to create factories of the future.”

Additive manufacturing machines originally designed by Simon are used to work in titanium, stainless steel and aluminium and Simon is in high demand for his expertise and engineering innovation.
